What do you need from us?
A single campaign objective, your audience, approved facts about the offer, brand assets you have the right to use, the booking or contact link, and one person to consolidate feedback.
Is this a custom software build?
This package is for a landing page. New backends, customer accounts, payment systems, booking engines and integrations beyond the agreed existing destination require separate scope.
Are enquiries or sales guaranteed?
No. The deliverable is the agreed page, copy and handover. Commercial results also depend on the offer, audience, traffic and follow-up.
How is the work produced?
AI tools assist with copy, design and code. The page is checked against the brief before handover. You approve the content, business claims and final result.

Delivery & payment
The package includes one landing page, copy based on your approved facts, responsive design and development, a link to an existing booking or contact destination, source files and two consolidated revision rounds.
The proposed delivery period is seven business days from receipt of the agreed brief, required assets and deposit. We confirm the start date in writing. Client review time and agreed changes can extend delivery. Files and any agreed launch handover are delivered digitally after approval and final payment; there are no physical shipping charges.
You approve the written scope and total price before paying. Card details must be entered only on the payment provider’s hosted payment page, never in an email or project brief.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel before production starts for a full refund of the amount paid. If you cancel after work starts, we provide an itemised account of completed work against the agreed scope. You pay only for that completed work, up to the agreed project price; any prepaid amount for undelivered work is refunded.
If we cannot complete the agreed project, we refund the portion paid for work we cannot deliver. Request a cancellation or refund by emailing swiftgrowthinc@gmail.com with your project or invoice reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times can vary.
Digital services have no physical return process. The included revision rounds address changes within scope. These terms do not limit any rights that apply by law.
Privacy
The brief builder runs in your browser and does not send its field contents to Swift Growth. When you share a brief or contact us, we use the contact details, correspondence and project materials you provide to respond, quote, deliver the agreed service and keep necessary business records.
We use service providers for hosting, email, project production and payment processing. AI tools may assist with copy, design and code. Please do not send passwords, card details, sensitive personal information or client data you are not authorised to share.
Our own page code adds no advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical logs, and your browser requests typefaces from Google Fonts. We do not sell the project information you provide. Email swiftgrowthinc@gmail.com to ask about your information or request correction or deletion, subject to required record retention.
Project terms
Provide accurate business claims and content you have permission to use. You approve the final page and its claims. AI assistance does not change the agreed delivery scope.
New applications, accounts, booking engines, shops, advertising management and ongoing maintenance are excluded. Hosting, paid tools and additional work require written agreement before extra costs are incurred. Any third-party assets remain subject to their own licences, which are identified when used.
The purchased deliverable is the agreed landing page and handover. Traffic, enquiries, sales and other commercial outcomes are not guaranteed. There is no recurring subscription in this package.
